The purposes of processing and the legal basis for processing

a) the necessity to perform the contract (the basis provided for in Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR);
b) our legitimate interest (basis from art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO) – in the scope of data processing for the purposes of proceedings aimed at pursuing claims arising from the contract or direct marketing.

Period of storage of personal data
